Bea Ferreira -Counsellor & Life Skills Coach
I knew from a young age that I had a calling to help people, starting off in a Biology undergraduate, I was always interested in the heart and the brain and the connection between the two. Being exposed to psychology during my undergraduate I soon realized my passion and calling is to help emotionally heal the heart and mind, which I believe is the hardest and most fulfilling way of all.
I am a strong believer in our resilience as human beings and strive to help those struggling to find their way by attentively listening, understanding and providing tools to not only overcome shame, fear, pain and discouragement, but succeed and thrive through growth and change.
I create a non-judgmental environment where I meet clients exactly where they are at in their process using a person-centered approach. I highly value whatever my clients bring to the table being that as human beings our story and paths are as dynamic as we are.
If you are seeking a change in your life, but don’t know quite where to start I would love to help you explore and navigate through whatever is consuming you or holding you back from being the best possible version of yourself.
